I’m Kris, a specialist recovery coach and sober coach helping LGBTQ+ people change their relationship with substances, alcohol and chemsex.
I offer non-judgmental and deep transformational recovery coaching for gay, lesbian, trans, non-binary and queer people who want to stop using, make changes, improve boundaries or who are aiming for sobriety.
I'm an experienced recovery coach with over 10 years experience working with LGBTQ+ recovery issues in the NHS in London, Dutch public health authority and an LGBTQ+ specific recovery organisation in London.

Intensive 6-week course of sober substance, alcohol or chemsex recovery coaching sessions with 3 weekly contact points

- Intensive with commitment to sobriety from day 1
- Every other day check-ins (sponsor level accountability)
